I can only say that the course I attended “Building Emerging Leaders’ Competencies” was certainly very motivational. I learnt so much about the different ways in which we are all motivated – how the culture in an organization plays a key role. Most importantly, creating a great place to work where goals are achieved, peoples’ talents are tapped into and everyone’s contribution valued is at the heart of being an inspirational and effective leader.

As a leader I can see how the power of effective coaching inspires greater performance and potential in a team and organization. Dr. Jeff Pierce, was good at leading, facilitating and getting the best out of everyone in the class. He was engaging, motivating and encouraging and the material made me excited about my leadership role.

I had the pleasure of being a student in one of the MBA courses taught by a truly exceptional lecturer, Dr. Jeff Pierce. His knowledge of the subject matter was extensive, and his ability to convey complex concepts in a way that was both clear and engaging was truly remarkable. His ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment was unmatched, and his presentation skills were exceptional. Overall, with a focus on real-world application that helped us to see how the concepts we were learning could be applied in practical ways. The course was very informative. However, it was much more relatable due to the passion of the facilitator. Mr. Pierce is a true SME on leadership, and he shared very valuable experiences and promoted the work of others.
